Most clients meet their first candidates within 7-10 business days, with a placed VA typically within 2-3 weeks depending on role complexity. AI-powered and AI-automation builds run longer depending on scope, and we'll tell you the exact timeline on the discovery call.
Who manages my VA day-to-day — me or you?+
Depends on the tier. Traditional VA: you manage the VA directly; Mpower handles sourcing, onboarding, payroll, and HR. AI-Powered VA: our domain expert manages the VA plus the AI tools together — you get the outcomes. AI Automation: we run it fully as a managed service; you only see the results.
What if the VA is not a good fit in the first 30 days?+
